Shipping and Returns

Please choose your items carefully as we do not give refunds or exchanges for non-faulty products.

As per the guidelines published by the Queensland Department of Fair Trading, you are entitled to return goods and ask for a refund, exchange or repair if the goods you purchased:
  • Have a fault that you could not have known about at the time of purchase;
  • Are not the same as the description provided by the salesperson or advertisement;
  • Do not match the sample you were shown at the time of purchase; and/or
  • Do not do the job as you were led to believe.
This means that generally, Computer Hardware is non-returnable unless defective.

We do not offer any guarantee as to suitability for purpose. It is your responsibility to ensure all items ordered are compatible and suitable for the purposes you have ordered them for.

Computer Software is non-returnable under any circumstances.

Please note that our flat rate shipping is for Australian addresses only. Please contact us if you wish to have your purchases shipped overseas.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
  • We do NOT send out replacement hardware until we have received the faulty item from the customer. There will be NO exceptions made in this regard.
  • All returns must have an RA (Return Authorisation) number. Please follow the steps below to obtain your RA Number.
  • Any item that is returned to us without an RA number will be returned to sender at sender's expense.
  • If you feel that your return falls outside of our policy, then you will need to contact us first to confirm if your return can be accepted.
RETURN PROCEDURE
  1. DO NOT SEND US THE ITEM UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE STEPS BELOW.
  2. E-mail rma@pinnacleonline.com.au with your problem, including the invoice number of your product, product description, Serial Number and as much detail concerning your problem as possible. We will provide you with an RA number and return address.
  3. Send your item to the return address provided. Please ensure that your RA number is clearly displayed on the return packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
  4. Once received we will proceed to test the component for said faults and if found faulty the component will be either replaced or repaired at our discretion.
  5. Be advised that any physical damage to the item in question will void the items warranty under our policy.
  6. Turnaround times on replacement or repaired items varies according to manufacturer. Usual turnaround is 7 - 10 days, however delays of up to 6 weeks have been experienced. These delays are beyond our control, and we will not be held liable should such a delay occur.
