Clearance of Funds. Pinnacle Computers will not be responsible for any errors or delays caused by any financial institutions while the payments are being processed.

Ownership of Goods. All goods remain the property of Pinnacle Computers until full payment is received and/or funds cleared.

Assembly & Delivery. All prices for items and Computer systems EXCLUDE assembly and delivery unless otherwise specified.

Responsibility for Delivery. Pinnacle Computers ceases all responsibility for the goods upon handing to the carrier. We will do our best in resolving any delivery situations for you.

Warranties. All parts are covered by manufacturers warranty. Warranty will be void if goods are found tampered with, damaged, warranty devices (warranty stickers and labels) removed or broken.

Data Loss. No responsibility will be taken by Pinnacle Computers for direct or indirect data loss caused by any equipment purchased from this store, and/or products returned for warranty claims.

Suitability and Compatibility of Components. No responsibility will be taken for the suitability or compatibility of any device for any specific use. It is the customer's responsibility, before purchasing, to ensure the item is suitable for the intended application and is compatible with their existing system/parts.

Return of Non-Faulty Equipment. Pinnacle Computers will not normally return or exchange goods for change of mind purchases. All faulty equipment can be handled via warranty claims.

INTEREST FREE TERMS. Be Aware that Interest Free and Deferred Payment options are NOT available based on web site pricing.

FREE SHIPPING. Free Shipping should only be selected by customers collecting their goods from our shop front at Shop 1, 142 Herries Street, Toowoomba. We will NOT ship free of charge under any circumstances to any other location.
